Hmmmmm... another under the radar bird raising/preserve hunting operation in north western washington? I love these places, makes me feel like I am buying "hooch" during the prohibition era. plus the money usually goes straight into the operators pocket instead of being strained through an insurance policy.

I know very little. The guy's name is Blake and he tries not to sell birds unless they are on his leased land. I heard he might get out of it but must still be around. Thats all I know. I wish he was selling birds to guys that want to use them on his own land. Maybe he will change that policy this year. Anyone know more?

raising birds has become more problematic lately...there are more Gov regs, feed is increasing and customers don't seem to want to fork out for the increases... Likely the only way to make $$$ is to avoid being up on the radar.  :twocents:

Have you seen the HUGE number of ads on craigs list? Damn near everything on there... There is a Large Cash economy for slightly used and sometimes new products, not to mention services and or Barter... LOTS of people offering up Barter work for cars, dental work you name it.
