I logged in to the site below and checked the status of my apps.  My deer app shows a refund due (-$355), but the elk app does not. Not sure if that means I drew, or if they just haven't run the elk draw yet.

If you go to payments and your tag says  -$760.00 for HQ elk you will be refunded and didn't draw, if it says $0.00 you drew. The guys on NM MM's figured this out.

Just saw the thread on MM.  Things are looking good for me on elk. 

My cousin might have drawn elk and oryx with overlapping dates.  Oops.
