Hi Ripper,

I'll bet you have not regrets at not getting your bear.  The chance to spend time outdoors.  All the stuff you got to see.  Everything you learned.  One of my funnest trips this year was with my son and we didn't even get the turkey we were after.  Sometimes the kill is just the icing.

You are right on the money gobble Doc. I have no regrets at all. It was a lot of fun to keep this log as well. Hopefully someone else was able to learn a thing or two. I've only killed 1 bear before so I am certainly not an expert. I was hoping to share not only the hunt but the learning experience as well. This log is true reality, not everyone get's a kill at the end of the story. In fact more don't than do by a long shot.
