Yeah, I saw in the most recent Huntin Fool that some people were already listing the Utah tags they drew. I wonder how they know already. I'm looking forward to my elk or goat tag in UT.

Most units did'nt even have a permit number until a meeting last night (supposedly) - once those numbers are set they will start the draw process. Again, suppposedly today.  Offically they say they will have them posted on the 31st of may, but most of the Utah guys watch their credit cards and see if a  "hit" is put on it.  Could start seeing something on your card as early as next week.  Jump on the Utah hunters forum, those guys usually start posting when they get the info.

Im hoping for a Utah elk tag too but not holding my breathe. I think the guys in Huntin Fool that already have Utah hunts either have land owner tags or they won tags at the expo show in Salt Lake where they raffle off a bunch of tags they steal from us nonresidents. nwhunter

I drew the San Juan/Elk Ridge deer permit in 2009.  If anyone draws that, let me know, I'll fill you in with everthing I know.
