Do they all sound the same? I'm assuming the difference in price is strictly due to the cost of the material. Which one sounds the most like a cow elk? Lol

They all sound like cow elk. The harder the wood the "tighter" less raspy the call (that's why the blackwood call is shorter), the softer wood has more of a raspy resonating sound. You would be happy with any of them. The laminates do sound good!

Just got my phelps cow call in Camo supreme in the mail, love it! I keep it in my truck and practice while I am driving, etc. I have 4 other calls and hands down this one is the best. Can't wait to use it this fall!
