Nice elk set and bear
« on: May 05, 2012, 07:53:25 AM »
Found a nice set but the little rodents had already started to work on it.  Also had this bear run up a tree.

There is a product I have used for antler repair.  Van Dyke's taxidermy has it called antler repair kit.  Something you might use if you want to mount and display that rack.   I'll bet the porcupine population is rebounding in that area.  Nice find.

Nice picture of the bear.  It always sucks when someone beats you to the sheds.
