 :yeah:
I know of a guy with 36 points and couldnt draw a tag in the blues ......  :dunno:
:yeah:I also saw that a guy had 24 points and didn't draw in a unit that had 4 tags, a guy with 1 point drew one of those tags.  I have 17 points and have been trying for a blue's tag for many years.... I'm not expecting to draw chit again. If you look at the wdfw web site on harvest reports and find where they show how many guys applied with how many points and really study it, it's get pretty depressing when you have a lot of points. Don't get your hopes up just because you have a few points, like someone said already on this post- if you have 5 to7 points you should be excited. I think the quality tags should be for guys with 8 or more points. :twocents:

I never get to excited, 15 points for quality bull, bull, quality deer, goat, moose, antlerless moose, and sheep and I have never drawn a thing. That's 15 years of not drawing a thing. Good thing I am going to Colorado in October.

That's rough. This is your year for something. I would bet money that you draw a quality deer or a bull tag. What are you putting in for, MF Desert?

I do put in for the better elk and deer tags and I actually drew the Multiseason Elk tag (after 5 years) so that allowed me to put in for some eastern washington elk tags that I probably won't draw. Believe me, it is not patience it is a money thing at this point. I think I have spent so much money over the years that I have to keep putting in. I think if I ever draw one for a certain species I will check that one off and never put in again. Cheaper in the long haul to go deer hunting in Idaho then it is to continue to put in for permits here.

I'm at 14 points and put in for the blues. My dad and uncle both have 17 points. They put in together for blues as well. No need to tell you guys which spots we put in for!

It wasn't the muzzy hunts I hope??? Not that I need to worry about guys with that many points, it's the guys with 4 up to 8 that worry me.

I myself have subsided to the fact that I have crappy luck and wont draw.  It doesn't matter how many points I have.  I will still not be selected.

Never dawned on me that I pissed them off with the nasty email I sent them a few years back.  I better bake some brownies and drop them off at the Olympia office.

When generally are the draw results out? After 14 years of not selected, I realized I never paid much attention... Probably forget after this season too  :chuckle:
