I drew #19, first time I have applied in Wyoming to get on the list.

Looks like last year non-residents numbers 1-26 got tags. 19 just may do it.

A guy on MM said they are going to initially offer tags to people with numbers 1-22. Did you get the Tag? His wife is #23.

I hear 22 is the cut off also but they say it isnt official yet. The planing has begun. This shold be a very interesting hunt.
