On a serious note.  If you are on Weyco property around Pe Ell you will have it all to yourself scouting, but opening day the employees will be driving all over.

OH Thats a good point.  My family were employed by weyco and ya they had access behind gates and got multiple elk every year, another married into family is indian and has killed many, many elk but thats a different story.  My point is its not near as good as it once was and a "big" bull is rare.

I think a "big" bull is rare any where on the west side; especially the farther you get from the PCT.

:yeah: I mean heavy animals with light horns. Dad has 3 winston 5x5s and they are monsters compared to Lincoln unit, just doesnt carry many bigger bulls.  Genetics?  Dunno, just my experience, never seen anything impressive killed out of there.  I did call an elk to feed in farmers field years back!  He took residence with cattle.  I stopped and called Come boss and he was first animal up coming to eat. :chuckle: He came to fence with cows.  Funny as h-ll.  This was hunting season.  Uncle told me farmer let young kid shoot em few days later. Stupid brush bull.
MAGA!  Again..
