Long range shooting
« on: May 27, 2012, 02:46:19 PM »
I live in southwest washington (Lewis County). Looking for a place to practice long range shooting. Ranges from 25yds to 600yds. Used to shooting on private land until it was closed.

if you dont mind driveing down to castle rock/toutle area theres a place along the toutle river thats good out to 1000,its the same place they where going to put an actual shooting range, thats prolly your safest place too shoot..theres also a couple places inbetween vadar and castle rock, and then theres some state land out toutle that is "ok" but the wind is a pretty tricky there.

let me know if youd like more specific directions

The range here in PeEll goes out to 550 yards (500m) and is a great place to shoot.  Yearly membership is very reasonable.
