Colville Rendezvous Days?
« on: June 16, 2012, 12:18:55 PM »
Does anyone know if there will be any trapping supplies/demonstrations
at the Colville Rendezvous Days? Or maybe somewhere else in north-
eastern Washington?

You may find some things at pacific steel and recycle in Spokane, I think roger schurer(sp) is still there. George Brady is over at pareros and could also help just farther away. Guess I've never heard of the colville rendezvous days, who puts it on and what happens?

My opinion ( and Ive been to other Rondevous ).....Colvilles is pathetic, not much of interest there that the name would imply. :twocents:

If you need trapping supplies get em from FNT trapping supplies or Minnesota Trapline supplies.  Pacific Steel is a nice place to visit with Roger, but the prices are WAY high and very limited on what he has there.

The name is misleading, I live here and I almost never go to this event, nothing to do with trapping or historic culture.

Any mail-order I've done last few yrs has all been from Montgomery's. They are beyond fast in getting your order out, they process it that day and it's on the next truck out. And prices are competitive as anywhere else for what i've dealt with.
