G29. Takes the same mags as the 20 and is lighter, plus I can carry 10 rounders as well to save even more weight.

Had both.. Kept the 20

I carry a Springfield XDM 45acp. loaded with Winchester PDX 1 230gr. hp.  14rds. in gun and two spare magazines with a total of 40rds. with me. With todays economy worried about 2 legged predators more then 4 legged ones.
Nothing like a Remington model 700xcr.

G20 10mm w/ 6" stainless barrel. Good for longer range.

Yes. In fact that's why I got it, since you can't use it in Glock OME barrel's. Cycle's fine so far haven't had any hang ups. Accuracy is much better with the heavier bullet also.

tweekers are normaly pretty thin, absent accuracy, fire power is a must. for me, G19 with spare 32 round clip in the backpack. :chuckle:

Not interested in a polymer auto for an outdoors woods gun. They'll all come up short on anything 300 lbs or bigger with a thick coat of fur and fat.
