Muleless
« on: June 04, 2012, 09:42:14 AM »
:cryriver: :cryriver:  Sold my last mule Saturday.  She was my saddle mule for the past 7 years.  Caught myself looking out in the pasture twice this morning.   :(

Sorry to hear that- gives me a sick feeling.  A lot of them are more friends than anything.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming, "WOO HOO! WHAT A RIDE!!"

Best be one heck of a promotion!  Not sure I could ever make that move.  However, my brother in MD shoots about 8 deer per year.  We will be wishing you the best of luck.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

That's hard, sorry man.
And I think God must be a cowboy at heart
He made wide open spaces from the start
He made grass and trees and mountains and a horse to be a friend
And trails to lead ol' cowboys home again
