I've got a Storm Lake ported barrel, spring, and guide rod coming Wednesday.
I would like to see what others have done to theirs.

Let us know what you think of that ported barrel.  My ears are still ringing from the one I shot in 1996..

I carry a 29sf and I've only put a 3.5  lb transfer bar in it to lighten up the trigger. It's a friggin' cannon stock ! I was going to put Night Sights on 'er, but decided not to because your position will be compromised at night. I do have Night Sights on my 23 though. Been on there for 20 + years.
Stock up on ammo that's for sure.....
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

Night Sights would only give your position away if someone was sneaking up behind you

or you were running away  :chuckle:

and a lone wolf grip condom - says won't tear so I'll try it over the hogue condoms, they tear after about 6 months usage.

I also go shoot at norpoint sometimes, I have been wanting to get the same barrel set up for my g20, I reload 10mm so if you dont want your brass I would be interested in buying it from you
