Moose tags and master hunters !!!!!!!!!
« on: June 09, 2012, 10:24:59 AM »
O.K after just reading a post where someone was saying that they drew an ( any moose) AND A ( master hunter moose tag ) I am freaking out and I do not even put in for moose ...How can they have a master hunter moose tag when they have so many guys strung out on 17pts ... I think this is BS .. If they want to give out permits like this it should be to the hunters 65 and older and who have 17pts and have donated their life to dept by apply their whole life for this permit ..... I just think the system totally suks .... :sry: :bash: :bash: that why I am did not waste my money this year ...I seriously had it ....but this is me and more power to you guys who have to just do it ... :chuckle:  I never dreamed I would say the things I say about hunting or ever think I would just quit going ...but lately I have had some change of heart on the issues and my walls are full so maybe someday I may just go take pictures  :dunno: :o 8) Our family is considering moving back to Pa.... seriously ... we keep everyone on the up and up .....Just got some good leads on some good jobs in construction and I may be stupid if I do not jump on it ....its hard to pack up and leave but Washington is just getting rediculous with all this sheet ...Taxes - discover passes and on & on ....at least I will be killing Turkeys and whitetail and even squirrel hunting which was a big part of my life growing up ......It is a tuff decision to make and it would not be for another year anyway .......Good job on those tags guys ....cant wait to see who gets what .....

the MH moose hunts are a joke. they're not "open tags" where you can just go hunt a unit.  They're controlled by the WDFW and if there's a problem moose (usually in the suburbs or rural/urban interface) they will call one of the MH tag holders to come kill it...it's a joke...nothing to be too concerned with.

Yes there is a real joke here, but it's not Master Hunters or WDFW.

Last year there were 494 applicants for 20 permits.  None of them were called to hunt.

Why don't you pick something really unfair to complain about, like why doctors make more than garbage collectors.

I don't recall needing extra education and training to be a garbage collector.  Or the need for garbage malpractice.
It's a TIKKA thing..., you may not understand.
