Fawn

So I'm out cutting firewood today in the back of my place and I look up to see this little guy walking torwards me. He walked right up to me and sniffed the knee of my jeans. I reached out and gave him a little scratch on the side of his head. When mom saw me touch him she came running up snorting, she was on the other side of the fence, and then they both took off. I've never seen one so small, he stood about two feet tall to the tops of his ears.

Cute little squirt!  I've seen them up close, but never had one that close or curious.  Awesome story and pics, thanks for sharing.

That's why the outdoors is so much more fun. You just never know what's going to happen!
