Huntnnw trail cam pics (updated 12-5)
« on: June 10, 2012, 09:25:50 PM »
Starting 1 thread on trail cam pics this year... here was my first pull hasnt started well. I bought some of those wildgame innovation cams on Amazon..I hung 1 with 8 dbl A rechargebles thinking I would easily get 50+ days with it..Well it lasted 8 days and 812 pics before it died and the area was tore up! there was a freeway of a trail to the salt lots of elk sign. Oh well its early and nice to see the activity.

Heres a buck I think very well could be a big buck notice the date

Posing

The other cam on the otherside of the hill

this buck has a great start we'll see how he turns out the one behind him doesnt look bad

Well made it up north this past weekend to check a couple of cams. Got to first one and walked up on 2 big mulies! No pics of him on cam tho! The other cam all the salt was gone! Pull SD and its empty and dead batts!! Brand new battery's in it when I left it 15 days ago!!. Ended up buying another can in colville and hanging it.

Nice!  Last year as I walked in to my cam a big Mulie buck ran out of the place my cam was in, and wouldn't you guess--the batteries died the day before.  This year I'm using rechargeables, and so far so good.
Last year i got pics of a big-beamed 2-point with a slit in its left ear.  This year I got a pic of the same buck in velvet.  Hoping to get more pics of him to see what he turns out to be this year!
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
