Went for a ride this morning and seen a herd of elk near Chelatchie prairie. Two spikes, one was up to his ears and the other was about double his ears. No pic cause no camera but I thought I would share.

Second year I got pics of this guy I call "Slit-Ear". He's got heavy antlers, but I think whatever attacked him and cut his left ear also damaged his antler making machine...
