The controlled hunt tags listed below were not drawn during the regular drawing and are available in a second draw application period beginning Friday, June 15 and ending June 25.

Why where they not drawn?  Was there not enough people that put in for them?  I haven't done any out of state draws for years so I am not really up on how that all works.

People just don't put in for them, Idaho usually has left over moose tags.

These tags are very low success rates the last few years and are generally in areas that have been hit the hardest by the wolves. 

If you draw one of these units you better have a lot of time to hunt and be willing to shoot the first legal one you see.

Low density units for sure.
