OK, found it. Seems to be tape worm cysts(I hate wolfs).

sweet his first animal is such a cool one! atleast the meat is good have not seen that in an animal yet.

Nice Job!  Every moose I killed in Alaska had those cycst and we never had a issue.

Found that same thing in some ducks we shot last year. They call it rice breast in the water fowl & no I did not eat them.

Yeah, I haven't eaten those either when I have gotten them.  I guess the moose could be sliced thin enough to cut out any of those icky things, of course if I can't see it, it's not there.   :rolleyes:

Good stuff!  Well not the cysts.  Cook everything thoroughly, lots of sausage.  Kind of creepy but not harmful.
