Curlew Moose
« on: June 17, 2012, 10:27:01 PM »
I was just going through some pics and found this one I took of a moose near Curlew last year. In my opinion he's a shooter  :chuckle:

He was very interested in what I was doing. Kinda freaked me out because I thought he might be thinking about stomping me out. He stood there for about five minutes then just walked off. Someday I hope to draw a moose tag.

I was at my cabin on Lake Curlew late fall, cant remember exactly when, but the lake was still open.  All of the sudden a cow with a year old plunged into the lake and swam across.  This was about a half mile of swimming.  Then about a minute later a big bull hit the water.  Super cool.

Yup, I see a dead moose right there If I had a tag.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!
