I don't think they are, that way WDFW can theoretically make an unlimited amount of money.

Yes the chances are slim but how much better is the chances with the other draws? At least there is a chance and that's all it takes sometimes. There is a member on here that can attest to that...twice... in consecutive years.

Beacause if they did that then they would have to open them to the auction tag holder as well, so potentially three rams could be taken out of one unit, which is what they are trying to avoid. I am glad its this way. :twocents:

they also would have to allow tribal tags that equall the state tags , still would like to see the oppourtunity to hunt those areas on a raffle tag , they would just have to rewrite the quata law .
