I think that this had a great ending by the guys leaving without harming your wife. It took courage for her to do what she did. She did not have the cover of being inside of a vehicle. There are just a bunch of brazen people that feel that societies rules do not apply to them.

I wonder if the gas station had cameras that could ID these guys. Even if nothing could be done to these guys (not sure) it might rattle them to know that people really knew who they are. Maybe they have done other things and this could help add up against them with the law. It also would be cool to post the pictures of them to let others know who they are.

Sounds like she did the right thing and surprised the heck out of those guys. I think the more that this happens and becomes common knowledge that citizens are packing, the more the bad guys might think about not trying these stupid ideas.

Glad she thought so fast most people probley just freeze scarry though and age does;nt matter my Mom was 72 and my Grandma was 84 when a 27 year old guy attacked them and beat the crap out of them.

she is doing good just got home, now she is thinking about doing some quick draw practice and if they have a idea where we live, it would be in their best interest to stay away... many more guns where that one came from 

   Glad she's okay and the situation didn't get any worse.  Way to be prepared on your wife's part and way to get her prepared as well.

a police report was filed, and I think they pulled the gas station footage. My wife was a medic in the army for awhile, and I also started working with her on things like this since I spent a lot of time either in the field or deployed  thanks for the support guys.
