I looked at those pics and just thought to myself, dude, that's gotta be some deliciously good venison! I'm not sure it's possible to find a better cut of meat than a tenderloin or a back strap off of a Whitetail that's been feeding in the alfalfa or wheat. Maybe an Antelope that's been feeding along side the Whitetail, but still. Great job, great buck! Enjoy, I bet it's delish!
