I spent 3k a yr on my caribou hunts living in AK 😜 I would recommend a fly out and float hunt though.
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

I live here now and I spent closer to $5k on my moose hunt this year. I kinda splurged though…

 My 1st caribou trip was in 1995 or 96 and I paid $2800 (total trip) back then for a drop camp into Mulchatna... My most expensive trip was 6 years ago,  $15k (diy) but that was counting a raft purchase  :chuckle: and some pretty heavy air time into ANWR

our air taxi was $3k each i think we did it for around $5k when it was all said and done
