Ya, I get kind of cranky this time of year.  I'm a tax accountant and spend before sunrise to after sunset in an office for 6 days a week this time of year.  I got up this morning and ran 10 mi.  It felt awesome to catch the sunrise with the sun on my face.  I've had several people suggest taking a Vitamin D supplement to help with the lack of sun.  Anyways, it's been a little sunnier out.  If you can, try to get some fresh air and find a trail to hike.

Funny that you say that, Sundays are my ritualistic hike days and I couldnt even get the energy to get myself up and out for my hike, Still fighting with the girlfriend constantly :( And people said things were supposed to get better after I quit smoking mmj. Its been a month and at times I feel worse.
Hard time of year when you have no job, no transportation, and very limited options of things to do.

Broke the reel and bowstring??? Probably need to replace them anyways  :) If you'd shoot a Muzzy instead of that Ti20 it wouldn't have happened. Actually, it probably still would have. All those spinners have their moments. Better get some new gear for the jackpot!

Yes, yes i am afflicted. I am dyin to get out and make a camp, paddle a canoe and bait a hook. I need to breathe clean tree scrubbed air and stand in doug fir woodsmoke. I need to hear the sound of wood splitting, the sound of joy when the first trout smacks my sons line. An eagles call over the the flat water lake, the wind moving thru ancient trees. Life!

Definitely a bad case of cabin fever. I try to treat it by looking at new gear I want but it's only temporary...

Took my dog out for a nice 10+ mile hike on Sunday & it felt great to be out there. It was overcast but neither of us cared...just hiking & enjoying the fresh air.
