Don't know how I missed this until now.  Tagging along, because eventually I will want one...

I now have a finished patio area so time to get serious.  :IBCOOL:

How much do the standard size pits weigh with a bottom and legs?  and how tall are the sides of the pit.
Been scrolling through older posts looking at the cutouts, so many good options to choose from.
So Ive never wieghed one with a bottom and legs, but its well over 100#s. Sides are 11.5" unless you want it taller.

Thanks, just trying to make sure 2 people could load/unload it.  Likely will not move much once on the ground.  Will be getting back to you once we decide on cutouts

Picked up my fire pit from @erk444 awhile ago but just had my first fire in it last weekend! Thanks again Eric. I couldn’t be happier.

For you guys who have sprayed yours black with high temp paint, how many cans did it take you?

Looking forward to meeting up tomorrow! When I painted one with the bottom and legs like yours, I used 3 cans. 2 heavy coats on the outside, and one light one on the inside.

We made the transfer last Saturday and as expected it turned out great   Have not had a fire yet but it did get warm enough today to hit it with the first coat of paint.

Thanks again for a great transaction and meeting me a little closer to home.
