Just talked to the warden ...he told me that someone dumped a mess of chum off along the Skagit and wanted to know if I knew anything My reaction was Indians ....his reaction ...well they had net marks on them but we have no idea who may have done it ....Birrrrr dirrrrrr Does this make sense to anyone or am I just a d---- arz ! We can not catch any with a pole but again they can net and kill every freakin fish they catch ....purposely or not I am headed to town to get a brown can of spray paint !

Dont worry last year wdfw planted 150,000.00 smolts in the east fork of the lewis. This river used to be the record holding winter stealhead river in sw west wa. Now it will suck. Thanks people.
