proper form and back tension 2 vids.....
« on: November 18, 2008, 03:41:15 PM »
here are 2 vids of me shooting my Pro Elite indoors with my back tension release... notice my release hand is flat, and the release is well within my 2nd knuckles, also notice that my back makes it go off, not moving or rotating my release hand.. then you can also see although the angle is not perfect how the arrow and release arm are in line with eachother and when you connect all 3 points with my body it forms a sort of triangle...... everything is perfectly inline.....another key to proper form and shot execution shot after shot........
