I have drawn with 1 point when putting in with a buddy and with 2 points another year.

I drew a blues tag the first year they came out, didn't have a clue what I was doing back then.  Now it takes an average of 5 to 6 years for me to draw.

I'm in with 4 this year, and with the NE units permits being doubled, I'm pretty hopeful! Last time I drew with 3, and my father-in-law with 2.

your points don't go away until you draw, you can skip years it's ok.

You can put in until midnight tonight. If you don't, your points stay until drawn.

No such thing- if its your first year putting in that means you have 1 point in the drawing.
