Solid broadheads?
« on: August 06, 2016, 09:04:46 PM »
Anyone use them? I was checking them out today and I am thinking about giving them a shot this year.   I've seen some other reviews and the only negative comments I see are regarding the price.

Wow! 100.00 for a 3 pack!  They look cool, but ...... My curiosity is piqued.
Old enough to know better.
Young enough to go for it.

75, if that makes it any better.   Think of it like going for Walmart special boots or high end hunting boots.   Sometimes the extra money is worth it.

I think they are probably really well made but I seriously doubt they are 50% better than a 3-pack of RAD TiCons which don't cost $25 a piece.

Pretty awesome looking head, wonder how it'd do in a penetration test. Cool that they guarantee against breakage in an animal.

A friend tried them and broke two of three from hitting the dirt in front of his target. Seems like they went down hill in quality when steve sold the company.
