Put a 30x20 extension on my shop...not cheep but if it ever goes over, my 5 bay shop is going with it. If you do something other than a kit set up pay very close attention to height (i.e. with the AC unit)...I almost made a big mistake. I also had a concrete slab poured which again wasn't cheep but if I every go away from the RV/Trailer thing I will have an amazing covered patio

Being a concrete mudslinger I plan to pour a small footing/wall to set the shed on if I buy.  Wind is a beach.
