No, they were done at Sportsman's Warehouse in Silverdale where I bought them. The archery people aren't there a lot of the time, so it's probably easier to do it myself.
Well, a little over an hour, 2 size drill bits & a weatherman and I got my 3 arrows fixed up. Thanks everyone for teaching me how to fix them. Is there a good place to buy the equipment to start cutting arrows, putting the inserts in, etc myself?

acetone will do the trick. If not that screw in a field point best you can and heat the field point ONLY with a propane torch. That should allow you to get the insert out.
