I've never seen a .257 WTBY that didn't shoot well until the barrel had been shot out. Most shoot well with any bullet I've tried. If your gun has been shot much perhaps the barrel has fouling? Is it a new gun or used, how many rounds through the barrel?
For reloads I've had the best results with the 100 grain TSX bullet and RL22 powder. For factory ammunition try the 100 grain Spire Points. If they won't shoot close to 1 MOA I would send the gun to Weatherby.Good luck.

We are constantly finding faulty mounting or faulty scopes on hunter's rifles that miss animals. Perhaps you have issues with the mounts, bases, or scope? Loose bases or rings, broken or cheap scopes are the usual causes?
Action screw torque? Barrel free floated? Yo just have to inventory all possibilities until you eliminate the problem. Also have someone else shoot a group. Use a sled to eliminate user error
