Looking for a local contractor?
« on: August 14, 2019, 10:27:48 PM »
I live in a manufactured home in Cowlitz county in Kelso, not city proper and I need a new front porch. Currently I just have a few steps up to a landing. I want to expand to a larger porch with basic seating and a roof.  I don't want it attached to the house structure, so free standing. Anyone here in the Kelso/ Longview area who can help me get this project completed before the winter weather comes in? Must be built to code for insurance purposes. Any advice or referrals would be helpful.
Thanks...

I'll ask my brother in law if hes interested. Excellent carpenter with 20 years experience.

Are you still looking to get this done? I can check with a small contractor I know to see if he has time to bid it for you.

Yes, still looking. Not a super rush project. This month or next before the rains start.
