Good bear?

Can tell how big this guy is but looks like a shooter to me. 150lbs? What do you think?

Pretty average bear id say, but that being said, any bear is a good bear to hang your tag on, especially since you can buy 2 tags.  The big ones are great for impressive taxidermy, the smaller ones are still killer eating and easier to pack out, and the cleaned up skulls and tanned hides are still nice.  And any bear killed is a benefit to our herds.

 :yeah: I would guess 150 is pushing it. Typically that kind of fern is pretty short for reference. Same with salal that gets that much sun
