Thanks guys. Looked at both of the suggestions and I think I'll grab a set of Maven C1's unless anybody else on here has something good for me!

I would go with the Meopta. Been around a long time. I'm sure the mavens are good glass too, but these newer companies scare me. Seems like optics is a tough business to be in. Some have folded. Zen Ray used to put out great glass at a great price. They are gone. A couple other big name optics companies are gone too. I would go with somebody that has been around a long time and can weather any economic storm they encounter.

I have a pair of 10x42 Cabelas Euro HD I would be willing to part with. They are made by meopta as well. Retail for 1k and like new, never been hunting. Only reason Iím not using them is bc I got a pair of Swaro ELs

Those are the same as the Meostars. If they are in his price range he would be crazy not to buy them

AAoptics.com has refurbished vortex. You can get vipers for about 350. Full warranty. I think they had the diamondbacks for about 140 if I remember right. Which is a great deal for full factory warranty. Iíve bought a spotter from them and couldnít tell that it had ever been used and really good shipping speeds
