Youth help unit 181 couse draw

My son got both youth cow elk and doe draw tags in unit 181 couse.  I have tried quite a bit to call landowners but no answers or returned calls.  Hoping to find some clues or help with the unit.  Looks like nearly all of it is private. 
My son is 13 and is really excited to hunt, so I’m hoping to give him a good experience. 
Any info is much appreciated.
