I'm thinking that I want to start distributing this stuff on the 18th through the 23rd.  I've got to nail down a commitment I have to do a "meet the fisherman day" at a large customer's shop in that timeframe, but outside of that it's a lot of windshield time for me.

Shoot, I didn't see the addition of the fish.  If it's not too late, I'll also take 5lbs each of halibut and sable fish.  That's 5lbs each now of scallops, crab, halibut and sablefish.
