Wow this was the big gift for the season. I got one too and (Cuisinart) and we put it over at the Cabin. I am looking forward to doing one in skin on Chicken thigs then putting a cacciatore sauce over it.

The thighs crisp up really nice on the bake setting 350 for about 40-50 minutes

I cooked chicken thighs in our cuisinart last night, just used the bake setting. Turned out perfect, chicken wings are super fast using air fryer about 6 min each side, I like them crispy on both sides, I add spices and sauce after cooking since wife doesn’t like Spicy.

Lumpia is ok with air fryer, it crisps the outer skin unevenly but it’s cooked all the way thru.

Burgers are easy on the bake setting, plus the grease separates from the burger.👍

We did the Cornish game hens the other night. Was a tight fit for two but worked out well. Sprayed lightly with olive oil and dusted with McCormick's Montreal chicken seasoning. We were unsure of the time so here's the way the experiment went. Roast setting at 360* on their sides. 10 mins, check, 10 mins, flip birds to other side, 10 mins, check temp again, flip birds to their backs then 6 mins to get the temp where she wanted it. Turned out great, Best game hens we have had . Next time I'll stuff some lemon wedges in them.

I did this last weekend, I used bone in skin on thighs. Air fried them for 20 minutes at 400 then baked them at 350 in the regular oven for 20 minutes. Put a Cacciatore sauce over them and served. The kitchen was crispy on the outside and falling off the bone. I like this thing.
Lead em if they're running.
