I suspect you could mix it into pepperoni and nobody would know the difference. It would definitely make a turd.

I know they ate it lol. I did not partake. I wouldnt recommend it even though I’ve never tried it.

Coot tastes as good, or bad, as any diver duck out there. Sometimes you have to just be creative in cooking. My mom loved the breast filets just pan fried to medium seasoned like a steak. I haven't shot one in decades but would just grind it like I do my other divers and make Salisbury Steak out of it. They have huge gizzards, so, if you are a gizzard fan like I am, don't miss out on that.

Great photos, nice looking dog! We would be hard pressed to ever get a dog other than a Golden Retriever. Islandgold Retrievers if anyone is interested.  ;)  :hello:
