Looking: Puyallup Rental around $1600
« on: April 03, 2020, 12:58:45 PM »
Anyone looking for a great renter??  I'm an engineer, great credit looking to move back closer to the kids..  Just a 15yr left I have part time and me.  Prefer 2bd/2bath but could get by with a decent 2bd/1bath.  I've owned before and treat a rental like it's mine.  Yard maint, minor issues I'll take care of.  I'm a clean freak as well.

I'm not planning on moving until June but could do May as well..  I'm flexible right now, especially with the COVID thing.

Hopefully you find a place....sound like a dynamite renter. Please keep your "bump" to every 72 hours.

Puyallup rental is going to be tough. Very competitive area for renters. I'll keep my eyes and ears out for you.

My buddy has a duplex that he is trying to sell. I think it's 2b/2b with an attached garage on a half acre between Canyon and Portland off 112th. If he rents it again would that be an option?

I think its roughly 350k with some wiggle room. Needs some TLC but both sides rent for about $1300-$1500 each. You could rent one and have a small payment to make up to cover the mortgage. Hmmm

He is having stomach issues and is in the Hospital while the Doctors are "practicing" medicine. Very frustrating because he has so much discomfort. He Hope's to be out in a week. I won't bother him with this until then. I hope you understand.

That is terrible news..  No worries at all.  I'm not in a hurry.  With all this going on everything for me is kind of at a standstill.   Thanks again for even thinking about it.  I sent you a PM with my name/number
