Might be a very bad year for cattle on that range, deer/elk very scarce in there now compared to a few years ago

The reason the togo wolves werent killed when the kill order was out on them is because they had no collars to be able to get the job done.  The reason they had no collars?  In sept 2018 when a range rider wounded the collared male, wdfw went and put him down from a helicopter.  They had the opportunity to tranq and collar the female right then but decided not to because it was "too hot out."  Wdfw intentionally dropping the ball.  Intentionally making it so they wouldnt be able to take the remaining wolves out if (when) the threshhold for lethal removal was met imo.  Easy way to avoid bad press and lawsuits.

WDFW Director reauthorizes lethal action in Togo wolf pack territory

The whole pack needs to be removed or the livestock predations will continue. Two wolves will just produce more lawsuits from WDFW fake environmental partners...

As of this winter 2 is all that was left.  Female and one of her grown pups.  Dont know if there was a litter this year.  If not, its still just the 2.  No collars though.

While I was up there this spring, I saw one and another guy saw another. I spoke with the local rancher who has tons of trail cameras up there and they currently know of 4 adult wolves in that pack.
