77 was the last year of the originals. I had a 69 and then traded it off on a new 76. Huge regret that I sold the 76.

I had a 77. Loved that thing more than any vehicle I’ve ever owned.

I know the 77's were the last year of the Gen1's but I think they were also the only year with disc brakes on the front, too.  I don't know when you sold yours or what you got for it, but do you have any idea what a, even in just decent shape, 77 Gen1 Bronco is worth now, A LOT!  I can't believe what they get for Gen1 Bronco's that are near junk, let alone what a decent or good shape one fetches.

Best vehicle I ever had was a 96 bronco. Alot bigger than the original but I loved that thing, best off road performer I ever had. My old man's got a mid 70s still that he never uses yet still refuses to sell or give to me. I'm really interested to see what people think when they start driving them. I'm not opposed to getting one.

I had an '85 and loved it. So much room inside, and so much fun in the dirt.
