Where to buy good pork?
« on: October 13, 2020, 09:42:30 PM »
I'm looking for choice, farm raised, pork that would be excellent for making some charcuterie cuts, anyone have a source, preferably on the west side?

Thanks!

Throw me an email at pigchickentractor@gmail.com

Skin on processing isnít available commercially though for some charcuterie cuts sadly.  I canít justify the 800 mile trip to where I can get it done.

Whit x10. Im a wild game snob. I buy zero beef and seldom touch pork but I always scoop some from whit when I visit. Absolutely top shelf stuff.
