Hiding in Plain Sight
« on: November 17, 2020, 07:51:24 AM »
I was hiking a trail and spotted this buck right off the bat.   I worked closer for a couple pics then circled him and got above him.  There are actually three bucks hiding there.  I had no idea.  Still cant see them.  Anyhow, a trail goes fairly close to them and they sat there while a masked up couple walked by completely unaware of either the deer watching them, or the creeper up in the rocks. LOL

Nice! If I was a deer, that would be my hungover/still drunk face.

Very cool pic.  You've got a good eye for framing (which we already knew).  The chiaroscuro effect (light contrasted against dark) of the original photo with horizontal feel of the lay of the land really captures the eye. The yellow/orange brush almost gives it a colorized effect often used on older black and white photos.
