Some of the cheaper ones only have a 3” chamber so be careful

I didn't see where you said you were looking for the cheapest auto, so I'll put in a pitch for the Benelli M2. It has a 3" chamber and does just fine on all manner of ducks and geese. As less expensive runner up, take a look at the Franchi Affinity. Same inertia system as benelli but with the Inertia spring in the the forend rather than the stock.
Since you are targetting waterfowl primaily and are potentially going to end up hunting in or near salt, I'd also advocate for getting a gun with a camo warp finish. Much easier to clean and keep the rust away.
On the subject of rust, one of my hunting partners picked up a Winchester SX3 or 4 a few years back and it is the most rust prone gun I've ever seen. Might just be the particular gun or year of production. I'm not trashing on Winchester, as the gun functions flawlessly, just suggesting you check out reviews if this is what you choose.

Winchester SX4 is my favorite semi shotgun, hands down. That’s why I didn’t mention other guns. Mine is camo dipped and haven’t seen any rust on it, inside or out

Sounds like your looking for a used one, but I’d add a 👍 for the Franchi Affinity. I love mine!
