Thx, while these might work I'm a bit of a scope snob.  I'm never buying the nicest of anything, but for some reason ATM I'm on a vortex/leupold search and thats only 50/50 on the vortex.

What kind of eye relief on the Burris when it's cranked up to 14x?

I'm setting up a 25Gibbs Encore that might go good with it....

How deep is it at 14? I've found some scopes in the higher power ranges that have relief about as thick as a quarter! Is it still a little forgiving at full power?

Not sure what you mean by 'deep'. It was mounted on a Remington 700 308 and it never was an issue for me to use it throughout the power settings for eye relief or staying on target after recoil.
