I wish they would implement some sort of pre order list for ammo and components. Keep item quantities limited and when your order is fulfilled and would like more, you move to the bottom of the list and wait your turn. Really wouldn’t be that hard. Seems impossible for a working man to get in there and grab a couple items, all gone by the time he’s off work. I just need one freaking pound of powder man.  :bash:

It amazes me when I consider how much ammunition must be hoarded away across this country...

Do you realize how long that list would be? They would have to just pay one or two people to make those phone calls. What really needs to happen is people quit freaking the f out and quit hoarding every small box of whatever so suppliers can catch up. I agree that it's hard for the 8-5 worker to find ammo but a lot needs to happen for it to get better and it all starts with us the consumer.  :twocents:

Yeah, I guess that would be quite a long list, lol. Your right though, people just basically need to stop freaking out and it would be fine.

:yeah: Especially considering a big group of people were stacking on top of a stack from the last panic buy.

It would be good business if the ammo manufacturers just opened a few new plants maybe west,Montana?I have considered buying a couple high speed CNC lathes and cut bullets.

That would probably be bad business.  Eventually things will catch up ( they always do), then what, they just spent millions on new factories and have to lay off their new employees?  People just need to stop paying the prices that are being asked, then the hoarding stops, then things even out back to normal.

Four Swiss machines would do it.

One designer/programmer
One setup guy. This is key.
Two laborers.

Yeah i looked at them,Making solid copper bullets.

They could catch up maybe not.A few more factories located out west would make a shipping difference.
