15 lbs. of Smoked Brisket! That would take me forever to eat up....Well looking at how good it turned out, I bet it's already gone.  :chuckle:

I love smoking big packer briskets.   We smoke a couple at a time and then freeze in 1-2 lb chunks. It is exponentially better after being frozen for a couple weeks.   The smoke flavor is so much more pronounced and smooth.
